Intéressant ,Windows XP permet une demande d'aide à distance. Quelque soit l'endroit où vous êtes ,vous pouvez bénéficier de l'aide d'un ami , d'une personne susceptible de vous aider. L'utilisateur qui demande de l'aide donne temporairement à son ami le contrôle de son ordinateur. Pour ouvrir une section d'aide à distance , la version XP familiale ou professionnel de Windows XP convient sur les 2 ordinateurs. Pour envoyer une demande d'aide cliquez sur Démarrer puis, aide et support ,cliquez sur inviter quelqu'un pour vous aider. Il faut préciser que les 2 ordinateurs doivent être connectés à internet ou au moins celui qui envoie la demande d'aide doit être connecté à internet, l'autre recevra la demande d'aide dès qu'il sera connecté à internet.
